How we do it

In this section we show how we prepare salads and cooked meats and, and, often, you’ll have more information that will allow you to know us better.
Our meats will always be of top quality. The flank with skin and ribs will be put on an iron cross for slow cooking. We will only salt our meats and grill, commonly, on hard almond or oak wood.
Chicken, pork ribs and sausages will be cooked on separate grills. The chicken and pork chops will be seasoned with our secret marinade, which we can assure you, it will be a delight to your mouth.
In this instance, we will use mesquite for grilling.
The meat pies will be heated in our special oven.
