Grilled Chicken

Cooked on a grill, it is also one of our specialties due to our own, guarded, and secret marinade. While paying close attention to its grilling, the meat is juicy yet the skin stays crunchy and has an exquisite taste.
We commonly used four to five pounds chickens.
Choice is given between the leg, thigh or breast.
Cooking time: two to three hours and a slow and steady fire, depending on the size of the chicken.
We use mesquite wood.
