- Our menus require a minimum of 50 guests.
- One week before the event we must have the final number of guests, (including DJ’s, bartenders, and any other service member who wishes to be served). It must be an exact count.
- Menu #1 and menu #2 are “All you can eat” and you can be served as many times as you want for as long as the serving time lasts.
- All our meat is USDA choice quality, defined by its level of marbling, providing tenderness, flavour, and quality.
