  • Our menus require a minimum of 50 guests.
  • One week before the event we must have the final number of guests, (including DJ’s, bartenders, and any other service member who wishes to be served). It must be an exact count.
  • Menu #1 and menu #2 are “All you can eat” and you can be served as many times as you want for as long as the serving time lasts.
  • All our meat is USDA choice quality, defined by its level of marbling, providing tenderness, flavour, and quality.

Flank steak on a stake

Meat from the side of the cow. Very juicy. USDA "Choice" quality. Firewood cooked between 5 to 6 hours on a stake, and seasoned with only kosher salt.

Chorizo (Argentinean Sausage)

Cold meat made of 80% of pork and 20% of beef, cooked on the grill.

Pork Ribs

Short rib on its skin, very crispy with our secret recipe of condiments.

Smoked vegetables

Mix of vegetables including little onions, little potatoes, mushrooms, little sweet peppers, green and yellow zucchini, little carrots, and broccoli. (Highly recommended option specially if there are vegetarian guests at the event. Smoked vegetables can only be requested for the total number of guests, not per person).
