An Argentinian tradition

We are originally from Argentina and have settled down in this land for many years now. We were born and raised in La Pampa, and despite being miles away from home, we have never lost the delight for preparing a great Argentinian Asado.
We offer a different catering service for any type of event, in which an Argentinian barbecue is all you need. Celebrations, business meetings, casual gatherings with friends and family, and even for surprising someone special.

A brief of our history

For many years, meat has been the basic and primary food of the nomad gaucho criollo, whose eating habits were quite primitive. Fire, a knife, and some salt (if any) were the only items needed.
The Argentinian Barbecue, or the parrillada (the big grill), is one of our touristic attractions. It is more than just a delicacy. It is an experience; it is about getting together with friends and family, a human interaction and communion, it is a mean of cultivating social connections and relationships, and strong friendship bonds, that is so embedded in our culture.

What do we need?

It is strongly encouraged to make anticipated reservations, with as much time as possible. We go where you need us to be. We only require a space where we can grill the meat.
We have all the necessary equipment to do our asado, to serve it, and after we are done we leave the space in the same conditions as found it.
We usually arrive to the place around 8 hours before the time we need to serve the food. There are two key factors we need in order to provide our service, power outlets for our fridges, and water hose connection.
We have trucks and trailers equipped with cold chain supplies for our high-quality products. Grills, stakes, frames, and tables for our own working station are also included in the service.
The service is buffet style, where we serve in plates as guests move along towards our station.

* Tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and cutlery for the guests/event are not included in our service, but we are more than happy to give you referrals and recommend some options upon request.

How we do it?

Nothing is pre-cooked. We only offer fresh meat from the same day, refrigerated accordingly, but never frozen. Same with our salads, which are prepared during the same day and placed in our fridges until serving time. We use protective gloves at all times to avoid food cross-contamination.
Once again, upon completion of our service, we leave the place as we found it! To us, it is important for you to have a nice and memorable time without worrying about anything else.
Our meats meet the highest standards and are top quality. The flank and ribs will be placed on an iron cross for slow cooking. The meat is grilled over hardwood and seasoned with salt.
Chicken, pork ribs and sausages (chorizos) will be cooked on separate grills, where we use mesquite, a vegetal charcoal. Both the chicken and the pork chops are seasoned with our secret recipe, which we guarantee your guests will absolutely enjoy.
The empanadas are heated in our ovens.

How we serve it?

Ideally, the final amount of guests should be confirmed within one week, and the last 3 days prior to the day of the event. Have in mind that if you have working staff that day, you might need to consider them as part of your final number as well, unless stated otherwise.
Most guests, if not all, should be attending by the time you want the food to be served. It is highly suggested to consume the barbecue in good timing to enjoy its best quality. This involves preparation and serving time.
We dress up as legitimate gauchos for the event, and that is the reason we always say that this service provides both a show and flavor for all your guests.

We are committed to provide the best service, quality, and responsibility.

Our catering is special for birthdays, quinceañeras, baptisms, weddings, company meetings, open-house and any occasion that is special for you.

* Tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and cutlery for the guests/event are not included in our service, but we are more than happy to give you referrals and recommend some options upon request.

Our specialty is the meat on a stake or at the cross

The asado prepared on a stake is a spectacle itself. It is an eye-catching, slow cooking method not seen every day. It is cooked with patience so they can turn out into a mouthwatering delicacy.
If your guests are not from Argentina and try our products, they will discover a pleasant surprise, and your party will be a success.
