“all of these other reviews don't say enough. These guys MADE my 60th birthday a really special occasion. The food was magnificent. The guys working were great. You can write about the novelty aspect of having the Argentinian style bbq, and that is a lot of fun, but the food was fantastic. I found these guys because i saw their catering truck down the road from my house and asked a few departing guests what they thought and they raved. Then I contacted my neighbor to see how she felt and she said that this was the second year they did it. My family had been to Argentina so we were excited about the cooking style. But that is just about the cool factor of presentation. Which, by the way is impressive and a lot of fun. But man is it good. My guests raved. Chicken, pork ribs, sausage and then, what they call flank steak, but has little to do with what you get at the supermarket as "flank steak" . it is the real deal. IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST warn your guests that there are two courses of meat. Mine ate so much chicken and ribs and sausage before realizing that the Flank steak was yet to come. Somehow, we managed to eat it but I would have paced myself a bit more. These are the kind of problems you want to have. These guys were great, accommodating, gracious, generous. Use them.”

“My fiancee (now wife) and I hired Martin Fierro Asados (MFA) to cater our wedding in Julian, CA last weekend. I had wanted to have an authentic cuisine experience no matter the nationality or ethnicity of the food itself. The challenge was to find something that could please most everyone.
After speaking with several caterers, we felt that MFA would really please nearly all our guests and they absolutely did. Argentines and Brazilians both have long standing traditions of seasoning and grilling meats. Several guests, unfamiliar with Argentine BBQ, said they absolutely loved the meats and chimichurri, and of course the empanadas. We also had the simple, traditional salad of ice berg lettuce, tomato and onion, plus the Ensaladilla Rosa (Russian style salad).
They do have vegetarian options of grilled vegetables and a veggie burger. Marcelo and Diego came and set up the grills and worked on cooking the meats starting at 10am for 6pm service. They left no burn marks or anything.
At dinner time, both changed into traditional Gaucho clothing, which everyone thought was really cool.
MFA is a great caterer, and Marcelo always returned my phone calls as soon as he could, given that he does get very busy through the weekends.
This is someone you can trust to provide excellent service. If you have a Spanish speaker, it will be a little easier. I HIGHLY recommend Martin Fierro Asados.”

“Best meet and caterers ever. They cater my rehearsal dinner and was the best idea ever. They are dress as Gaucho, and they cook the meet in front of everybody, seriously the way they set up, cook and dress is pretty much like a whole show. All you can eat, omg! everybody was extremely happy and full!!!! They have plenty of food! And vegans don't even need to be worry, if you request it you can have some specialties, same for non gmo, kosher (They can cook and cut everything separately from the other), etc... The empanadas, the meat, everything was so perfect! They worth every single penny!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GUYS!!! I recommend this caterers 200% you wont ever regret it!!! Believe me!
